Last year, Lori, Melissa and I headed out to Savannah for the Southern Women’s show. We had so much fun that we decided to go again this year. Katie joined in on the fun this year as we headed to Cracker Barrel for a yummy breakfast to start our day. We saw lots of women from Glennville enjoying their GDO as well. After buying a jacket, jewelry, kids gifts, New Life Facial kit (this is among the 4 of us), getting our hands massaged, hair curled (ask Lori about this), rings polished, wine slush samples and many coupons and cards to find the businesses on line, we headed out to find some lunch. Crystal Beer Parlor was our destination after two trips down Jefferson on the wrong side of the Civic Center. Once there we enjoyed delicious hamburgers, onion rings and shrimp salad sandwiches. Off to Target for some Valentine treats for classes and Starbucks to make it home! We had a wonderful time catching up. We always say we want to get together at least once a month~ maybe we can find somewhere to take off to :0) The plan for next year is to get a room the night before….. think the husbands will go for that??????
