We started our Christmas Eve decorating cookies for Santa. We LOVE cookies at our house so it was really tempting not to leave any for Santa.
Becky’s first cookie was a snowflake~ and of course she wanted it to have pink sprinkles.
Uh-oh mama, they are all gone.
Here is Gabriel decorating his elf. Yummy~ LOTS of icing on this one.
Can’t resist the temptation to get the icing off the knife.
The final products~
We cleaned up our cookie decorating and got ready for the Christmas Eve Church Service. We really enjoyed hearing scripture and remembering the true meaning of Christmas. God has really blessed our family this year.
Afterwards, we headed to mama and daddy’s for hamburgers~ yum yum~ The kids were “needing” to open one present so they opened their gifts from each other.
After we returned home, we got ready for bed and continued our tradition of reading the Christmas Story and The Night Before Christmas. Gabriel of course wanted to read it this year and it was extra special.
Putting out cookies for Santa~
Next was to put out the reindeer food~
Gabriel’s turn~
Becky’s turn~
What’s that???? Is that sleigh bells I hear?
Hurry let’s finish so we can get in the bed. NORAD says Santa’s next stop is South Georgia :0)
