A Little Garden

We, or I should say, Gene and the kids were able to finally plant the garden.  It took a lot of work to finally get it ready for plants, but Gene did a great job.  We have tomatoes, squash, peppers, watermelon, cucumber, beans, corn, and okra that will hopefully survive.  For some reason, Gene continuously told the kids not to walk in the rows where the plants were planted (go figure) and I think it finally set in.  Papa came to visit the next day and Becky took him to the garden and told him “My daddy said not to step in the rows BBUUUUTTTTTT, my daddy’s not here……… and STEP she went.
